Lost or Damaged Packages

We take full responsibility for delivery, and all parcels are insured. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us, and we will send a replacement.

📦 A package is considered lost if:

  • It has not arrived within two months of the shipping date and is not marked as returned.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
